On this 10 tracks album, Lil’ Jimmy’s phlegmatic vocals, steady guitar playing and reedy harmonica is supported by an impressive band that prominently features UK boogie woogie piano maestro Bob Hall. HHCD008 B.B. King: United Western Recorders, Hollywood, L. A. - 1st October 1972. Entire set of 75 minutes recorded for radio broadcast. 14 tracks from across his career to date.

HHCD014 Larry Coryell & The Eleventh House: Live At The Jazz Workshop. Entire radio broadcast jazz-rock fusion performance from Boston, MA on 31st July 1975

HH2CD004 Lee Morgan: Both/And Club, San Francisco - 1970. Captured live in the summer of 1970 prior to the release of the legendary Live At The Lighthouse album.  Fantastic jazz led by trumpet master, recorded for radio broadcast.

HSCD1018 Peter Rowan & The Free Mexican Airforce: Live At Telluride Bluegrass Festival. The entire FM radio broadcast from 1988 from Grammy Award winning singer-songwriter in front of innovative acoustic band featuring Sam Bush.


570078/79 Ahmad Jamal: Live In Marciac - August 5th 2014. Sumptuous jazz pianist on a lovely set, including a tribute to Horace Silver whose death had been announced a few days prior to the performance. The DVD includes a bonus track not on the CD.

JSP77188 Various: Garden City Blues - Detroit’s Jumping Scene 1948-1960. 100 rare and obscure down-home blues tracks from Detroit including 35 monster sides from the early recording career of John Lee Hooker plus plenty more from Eddie Burns, Sylvester Cotton, Alfred Dunham, Eddie  Kirkland, Bobo Jenkins, James Walton and others. Compiled and annotated by Neil Slaven, this is yet another immense, important and enjoyable collection from JSP.

KH2CD9046 Dr John: Ultrasonic Studios  - 11th June 1973. Originally broadcast on radio by Long Island’s WLIR-FM, this set captures Dr John at the crossroads between his psychedelic Night Tripper persona and his full embrace of New Orleans R&B. 19 splendid tracks plus an interview.

KH2CD9047 The Butterfield Blues Band: A&R Studios, NYC - 14th December 1970. Recorded for a pre-Christmas radio broadcast by WPLJ-FM radio, this version of the hottest blues band of the period included David Sanborn among the horn section.


KLCD5019 Albert King: The Purple Carriage, St Charles IL - 2nd February 1974. Mesmerising set from major bluesman recorded as a radio broadcast by WXRT-FM. 10 funky blues tracks including versions of Crosscut Saw, Born Under A Bad Sign, Breaking Up Somebody’s Home and more.

KLCD5020 Joni Mitchell: The Wells Fargo Theater, Los Angeles - 26th January 1995. Entire live set recorded for FM radio broadcast in front of an invited audience of 200 special guests.

The Neil Young set that closed this legendary benefit concert in 1975 recorded for FM radio broadcast by K101-FM Radio. This set of 8 tracks included a line-up that featured three members of The Band (Rick Danko, Levon Helm and Garth Hudson) plus Bob Dylan.

RVCD1014 Neil Young & Crazy Horse: Change Your Mind. The entire legendary Farm Aid performance from 1994 in New Orleans Superdrome on 18th September 1994. Re-united with Crazy Hose, this incendiary set was recorded for a FM radio broadcast and includes a stirring version of Dylan’s All Along The Watchtower.

RV2CD1004 Crosby, Stills & Nash: United Nations General Assembly Hall, New York - 18th November 1989. Entire benefit concert recorded for FM radio broadcast for local New York station. This features pared-down arrangements of tracks from their various records together and various solo projects, plus a cover of The Beatles Blackbird.
